Private one-way and round trip transportation is available for up to 10 passengers to/from all hotels, resorts and Airbnbs throughout Tulum including Tulum Centro (Downtown, Aldea Zama, La Veleta), Tulum Hotel Zone, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Cancun, Bacalar and more.
IMPORTANT: All reservations that are confirmed less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled transfer are subject to availability and will be charged an additional fee of $20 USD on top of the standard rate of the transfer.

Reservations can be made via email or WhatsApp. Please make sure to fill out all the necessary information in order for us to provide you with an accurate quote for your upcoming transfer.
Once you submit payment for your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation. If you have yet to receive your email confirmation, please be sure to check your Spam folder.

A driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with a sign with your name on it.
The transfer will be a direct route from Tulum Airport to your final destination in Tulum, the Riviera Maya and beyond.
All of the Tulum Airport transfer rates found above are based per vehicle, not per person.
1-3 passengers – MG car, Mitsubishi Xpander, Peugeot Rifter, Suzuki Ertiga, VW Caddy van or similar.
4-7 passengers: Volkswagen Transporter or similar.
8-10 passengers: Toyota Hiace passenger van or similar.

All payments are due in full in order to confirm your reservation.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled transfer. Please note that all last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) due to flight delays and/or flight cancellations are non-refundable.
